Jennifer Guerra, HHA & Aide of the Year Award Recipient

Each year the Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts hosts the Our Time to Shine awards program honoring the best and brightest in the home care industry.

“The Innovation and Star Awards event was established over 30 years ago to recognize and celebrate individuals and organizations that have done the most to advance the home care industry in Massachusetts, and who exemplify the compassion and commitment that is the essence of home care,” says Krilovich.

Elaine Buckley, Director of All Care Resources, without any hesitation, nominated home health aide Jennifer Guerra for this prestigious honor and it came as no surprise when she was selected to receive the Aide of the Year Award.

Here is a portion of her nomination letter, and a glimpse into what makes Jennifer so special: “Jennifer loves her work and loves helping others. She is the definition of what a caregiver in home care should be. Her work, coupled with her care and a tremendous compassion for others, especially our elderly, is what keeps clients safe and content at home. All Care is so proud of Jennifer, she is a strong, dedicated member of our team!”
