Join us in welcoming All Care’s newest Hospice Medical Directors! We are thrilled to have physicians with their extensive experience and commitment to patient care part of the All Care Hospice team.

In their roles as Hospice Medical Director, Dr. Likhi and Dr. Malik will provide leadership and oversight to the clinical staff, as well as direct medical care to hospice patients as needed.

Dr. Rishi Likhi Dr. Rishi Likhi, MD, FACP, SFHM
Dr. Rishi Likhi, MD is an internal medicine specialist with more than 19 years of experience in the medical field.

Dr. Likhi has been affiliated with MelroseWakefield Hospital since 2008 where he has served in a variety of leadership roles, including Associate Chief Medical Officer, Medical Director of the Hospitalist Program as well as Director of Medical Informatics. He is currently Chair, Department of Medicine and Vice President of the Medical Staff.

In 2022, Dr. Likhi, along with his colleague Faisal Malik, MD, founded 360 Healthcare to expand clinical and care management coverage in the post-acute and long-term care settings. Dr Likhi is passionate about providing evidence based high quality clinical care combined with a superior patient experience.

Dr. Likhi holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery degree from the Armed Forces Medical College in Pune, India, a graduate certificate in Public Health from Northern Illinois University, and a medical degree from Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Faisal MalikDr. Faisal Malik, MD
Dr. Faisal Malik, MD is an internal medicine physician with extensive knowledge and experience in taking care of patients across the care continuum.

Dr. Malik began his career providing medical directorship at Heywood Hospital and MelroseWakefield Hospital, where he also served as an inpatient attending physician.

In addition to co-founding 360 Healthcare with his colleague Rishi Likhi, MD, he is also the co-founder and chief medical officer of HealthPlus Urgent Care, providing medical directorship for two of its urgent care centers. His work includes expanding clinical and care management services to skilled nursing facilities and rehabs while also providing superior patient care and experience.

Dr. Malik graduated from Rawalpindi Medical college Pakistan before finishing his residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in New York.
