GRATEFUL PATIENT AND FAMILY PROGRAM
Our patients and families often ask how they can say ‘thank you’ after a positive experience with us. Whether you are recovering at home following a joint replacement or learning to manage a complex new condition, you may have found comfort and reassurance from one of our nurses or therapists. Perhaps your positive experience was simply because you were able to receive excellent care in the comfort of your home. At a time when an increasing number of individuals seek health care outside of hospitals and facilities, support for home care services has never been more necessary.
When you make a donation to our Grateful Patient and Family Program, you are helping All Care invest in our community’s health and well-being. Our Grateful Patient and Family Program is a perfect way to say “thank you” for the outstanding care you received, for excellent treatment of a loved one or to honor the memory of someone who received care from All Care.
Nurses, therapists, social workers, and home health aides who are honored by your donation will receive a recognition letter informing them of your gift and gratitude. Your message of appreciation will also be shared with your honoree’s supervisor, his or her colleagues, and with the community through our e-newsletter. The amount of your gift will be kept confidential.

Because of the generosity of so many, All Care is able to subsidize many underfunded aspects of our comprehensive care, including grief support for our hospice program, specialized therapies, community education, and uncompensated care for those unable to pay. We are honored to be a safety net for our community and grateful for your support.
