Position Overview:

All Care has a full-time position available for an Insurance Verifier, Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for the verification of home health and hospice patient insurance benefits to ensure timely and accurate determination of coverage, as well as coordinating this data to all affected departments.

Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of insurance benefits
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and insurance companies over the phone.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and verification.
  • Ability to navigate various insurance carrier websites and online portals
  • Problem-solving skills to address insurance related issues and discrepancies
