All Care’s Adult Loss of a Parent virtual support group is a compassionate space designed for adults experiencing loss. This group offers a supportive environment where individuals can process their grief, share their experiences, and find understanding among others who are going through a similar journey. Participants are encouraged to talk about their emotions, memories, and challenges. The group provides a safe setting to express feelings of sadness, anger, guilt, or even relief, without judgment. The goal is to understand that while the grief may never fully disappear, it can be managed in a healthy way over time.
The Adult Loss of a Parent is a virtual group facilitated by a licensed social worker with years of experience supporting those experiencing a loss. Instructions for logging in to the virtual support group will be sent via email following registration.
All Grief Support Events are free and open to the community. Pre-registration is required to participate. Please contact our Bereavement Coordinator, Trish Crean, LSW, at 781-244-1198 or bereavement@allcare.org to register or learn more. Support resources can be found on our website at Grief and Loss Support. Additional support and information can be found at the Hospice & Palliative Care Federation of Massachusetts.
