All Care VNA, Hospice & Private Pay Services, headquartered in Lynn, MA, has been providing the highest quality home health care to individuals in the North Shore, Merrimack Valley, and Greater Boston communities for over 100 years. On Wednesday, May 2, 2018, All Care board members and staff gathered together for the agency’s Annual Meeting at Spinelli’s in Lynnfield. In addition to celebrating All Care’s many achievements over the past year, Excellence Awards were presented to three employees for their exceptional job performance and their commitment to All Care’s mission. The Josephine E. Hanson Award for Excellence in Professional Achievement was presented to Payroll Coordinator, Catherine Drinkwater of Salem, MA; the Dorothy L. Lane Award for Excellence in Outstanding Patient Care was presented to Hospice Nurse, Caroline Ramos of Nashua, NH; and the President’s Award for Excellence in Para-Professional Achievement was presented to Home Health Aide, Carline Desrosier Exama of Lynn. Many employees also received milestone awards for their years of dedicated service with All Care: 22 employees received 5-year awards; 13 employees received 10-year awards; 6 employees received 15-year awards; 1 employee received a 20-year award; and 5 employees received 25-year awards. Two employees that were not present but also received milestone awards were Marie Joassaint, who is celebrating 30 years of service and Loretta Chwaliszewski is who celebrating 35 years of service.
