All Care to Host Lights of Remembrance Service
The holiday season is a time for reflection and remembrance; of what we have and of what we have lost. All Care Hospice’s Lights of Remembrance is a way to say, “I remember.” Join us on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 for this memorable evening in-person or from the comfort of your home.
All Care’s Lights of Remembrance allows families to gather in the moment to remember and honor those who have passed, offering a shared space for reflection, comfort, and connection. And while the ceremony itself is a powerful tribute, A Light to Remember carries that love forward; honoring those same cherished individuals all year long through ongoing support, recognition, and remembrance.
