All Care Hospice’s Lights of Remembrance: The Light That Remains

The people we love leave a light that remains. It lives on in our memories, our traditions, and the ways they shape our lives.

Join All Care Hospice on December 9, 2026, for Lights of Remembrance. Our annual candlelight ceremony honors loved ones who have died. It will take place at All Care’s office in Lynn, MA.

Through readings, music, and candle lighting, we will remember those we miss. Together, we will reflect on their love and find hope.

This year’s theme, The Light That Remains, honors the lasting connections that loss cannot erase. The holidays can bring cherished memories and feelings of grief. This gathering offers a moment to pause and remember.

Join us for Lights of Remembrance in person or from home through our live stream. The ceremony is free and open to the community. Pre-registration is required.
