Coping Through the Holidays after Loss, In-Person Support Group

The holiday season can be especially difficult after the death of a loved one. This free workshop offers a supportive space to explore emotions, share memories, and learn practical ways to navigate the season with compassion and self-care. Join us on Tuesday, November 18th for an in-support session to discuss ways to manage the holidays and how to move forward while remembering.
