Lynn Resident Promoted to Human Resources Manager
LYNN, MA March 31, 2021– All Care VNA & Hospice is pleased to announce the promotion of Lynn resident, Estefany Castillo-Pujols, to Human Resources Manager. All Care employs over 400 staff, and she will be responsible for employee relations, onboarding new employees, assisting with the talent acquisition and recruitment processes along with other aspects of Human Resources.
Estefany has over a decade of experience in the Human Resources field. She began her career at Brooksby Village before joining All Care’s team in 2013, where she worked as an HR Generalist for five years. She left All Care to be an HR manager at a medium sized local company where she oversaw all aspects of Human Resources. All Care was fortunate to have Estefany rejoin the HR team in June of 2020.

Estefany received a degree from North Shore Community College and earned a certificate in Hospitality Management. She lives in Lynn with her husband, 8-year-old son and their seven-month-old mini-Labradoodle, Benji. She is excited about her new role and looks forward to her future with All Care.
