Cindi Navarro, of Salem is named Business Development Representative for All Care VNA and Hospice, Inc.
Cindi Navarro has joined All Care VNA & Hospice as a business development representative.
The LPN from Salem has more than 40 years of experience in the health care sector and is the former director of case management at Congenial Health Care. There she developed a high-risk care management program which decreased their hospital readmission rate by 15 percent, and is still in place today.
Navarro has also been a Clinical Nurse Liaison at Marquis Health Services, Kindred Health Care and Beacon Hospice, where she worked to help patients through the healthcare system.
Both of Navarro’s parents have been patients of All Care, using both hospice and private care services, so her transition to All Care made sense both personally and professionally. She prides herself to being committed to providing patients with outstanding care and the support to help them improve their quality of life.
