Nancy J. Tremblay, LPN, of Salem, has recently joined All Care VNA & Hospice as a Care Transition Specialist.   A graduate of Greater Lowell Regional Vocational Tech, Nancy has 24 years of experience in the health care industry working for such organizations as Care One in Boston, Curahealth Boston North Shore and Beacon Hospice in Beverly in many different capacities. She has a proven ability to build positive relationships with case managers, physicians and medical professionals.

Nancy has also learned that hospice is her passion. Nancy says, “I feel it’s important to help patients and families see that hospice does not have to have a negative connotation. I love that All Care is all encompassing. We can help patients from needing VNA to transitioning to hospice as well as helping with private duty care when families are in need of extra help. We provide a continuum of care but most importantly, our teams are passionate and caring.”

Lana Durocher, Director of Sales, is excited to have Nancy on board in her new role at All Care and adds, “Nancy brings her passion of working with the North Shore community to our agency. We welcome her expertise and diverse experience to our Care Transition Specialist team.”
