All Care employees gathered Thursday, August 21st at Marian Court College in Swampscott for the annual Summer Outing where they enjoyed BBQ, live music, games, prizes, and each other!
Marian Court was the perfect backdrop to enjoy the summer evening. As the sun set, employees dined on classic BBQ fare, grooved to the music, and enjoyed a bit of friendly competition playing volleyball, corn hole, and other table games that got quite exciting! Seven lucky employees won raffle prizes and one happy couple were presented with a gift in recognition of their recent nuptials!
The couple was humbled and overwhelmed but most employees were not at all surprised; All Care has a history of showing their appreciation for employees in the most thoughtful ways! At almost every employee event, someone is recognized either for their years of service, a recent wedding or birth of a child, or for completing a school or certificate program. All Care strives not only to provide excellence to its patients and clients, but to its employees, as well. All Care feels it is imperative that all employees feel valued and appreciated by their coworkers, supervisors, and by the agency as a whole.
Through events like the summer BBQ, the holiday party, the annual meeting, and countless other outings offered throughout the course of the year, All Care nurtures team dynamics and unity across the agency.
