2025 Lights of Remembrance

Each December our community comes together to remember and honor their loved ones at All Care Hospice’s Lights of Remembrance. It is an opportunity, during the busy holiday season, to take a moment to reflect on and remember our loved ones who have passed.

You are invited to join us for this memorable afternoon in-person or from the comfort of your home. RSVP by November 26th by calling 781-244-1198 or emailing bereavement@allcare.org. If you are unable to attend in person, we will also be live streaming the service here.

A Light to Remember

There are some who bring a light so great to the world that even after they have gone their light remains.

We invite you to join us in celebrating the memory of a loved one and supporting the hospice mission by illuminating a virtual candle and, if you choose, making a donation that will help bring peace and comfort to others along their end of life journey.
