2024 Lights of Remembrance

The holiday season is a time for reflection and remembrance…of what we have, and of what we have lost. All Care Hospice’s Lights of Remembrance is a way to say “I remember”, through readings, music and ritual.

Each December our community comes together to remember and honor their loved ones at All Care Hospice’s Lights of Remembrance. It is an opportunity, during the busy holiday season, to take a moment to reflect on and remember our loved ones who have passed.
