The death of a loved one can be traumatic, even if we are expecting it. Creative work of any kind – painting, writing, dance – can help rewire the brain so trauma no longer hijacks us. This workshop will give you tools to write your way through the trauma of grief. No experience required, just your willingness, a pen, and some paper.
