Position Overview:

All Care is seeking a Nurse for our Business Development Representative for our growing team. Come work for one of the largest nonprofit home health agencies in Massachusetts serving the community since 1911!

Position Type: Full Time
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Working in an assigned territory, our Clinical Business Development Representative (BDR) will develop and nurture business relationships for All Care’s service lines with a primary focus on building our Hospice. The Clinical BDR will generate referrals to the agency by working with facilities and external referral sources to strengthen our community partnerships. This position is Monday through Friday 9am-5pm.

Qualifications:
  • Must have Hospice and/or Palliative Care Experience
  • Experience in healthcare sales, home health, or hospice is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understanding of the Hospice eligibility
