Position Overview:

The Director of Information Systems Operations is responsible for overseeing information systems, operational workflows, and key administrative support functions across the organization. This role ensures effective implementation, management, and optimization of clinical and operational systems, while providing leadership to multiple operational teams. The Director partners closely with Operations, Clinical Services, Quality Improvement, and Patient Accounts to support compliance, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage ongoing education, maintenance, and system upgrades for CellTrak EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) platform
  • Ongoing support and management of the AFC Home software for the Adult Foster Care Program.
  • Supervision and management of the Operations Supervisor
  • Supervise and manage Order Tracking staff, ensuring timely processing and follow-up of physician orders including coordination of hand delivery of physician orders outstanding more than 60 days.
  • Supervise and manage Medical Records staff, including oversight of all medical record disclosures
  • Supervise and manage the Receptionist function, including answering service schedules, issues and On-Page account
  • Monitor weekly unconfirmed visit lists and visit data flow; collaborate with the ACR Manager to resolve outstanding issues
  • Supervise and manage Face-to-Face staff; ensure valid documentation is obtained and provide backup support as needed
  • Partner with the Patient Accounts Manager to ensure timely and accurate month-end closing
  • Compile and analyze quarterly operational statistics; report findings to the VP of Operations, VP of Clinical Services, and Quality Improvement Director, and escalate identified trends or issues

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
