Business Development Liaison

Position Overview:

Working in an assigned territory, the full-time Business Development Liaison will develop and enhance business relationships for All Care, a provider of home health, palliative, hospice, private pay home care, and adult foster care. Facilitates referrals to Agency by gathering medical and financial data, meeting with patients and families and working with facilities to transition patients to home with services. Responsible for leveraging All Care’s clinical capabilities across all lines of business to identify creative solutions to patient needs. Works with business development and clinical teams to evaluate clinical outcomes data and analyze clinical practice patterns to promote organizational responses that meet the needs of patients and identifies/explores future clinical initiatives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Minimum three years of management marketing, or sales experience required; preferably in health care, nursing, social services, or related field.
  • Ability to adapt to change, problem solve, manage time and territory, and work in a team-based environment.
  • Ability to persuade, negotiate win-win outcomes and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to gain commitment, build trust and rapport with all external and internal customers.
  • Strong detail oriented and follow up skills.
  • Strong knowledge of all lines of home care business. Strong personal and sales skills required.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs
  • Current driver’s license in state of residence
  • Proof of registered and insured motor vehicle
